When trying to do EAN Export to excel I get the message Exception of type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.types.exceptions.NavNotSupportedLanguage' was thrown . Any suggestions for how to fix it?

Thank you for your reply, but I am running Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 so what is described in the above does not work on my problem.

Which windows language and country is it selected in PC settings now.

For testing try to change to English US or UK and confirm any error.
