Hi experts,
Description of problem: We have 4 instances that includes PROD where we started provisioning users to Employee Self Service. We used imports users from AAD and completed the process in PROD. One of our Sandbox shows all the users from PROD that we didn't make add or made any changes. We are concerned about this behavior as we dont want to PROD to sync to any Sandbox.Any idea?
Hi BillDoors,
Can you please verify if the records is auto sync from AAD or Prod?
It's not normal behavior as Human Resource never sync data in different instance.
I known that Customer Engagement have one function which allow Sync users info between AAD with instance.
And Human Resource literally contributed from both F&O and CE platform.
This is a duplicate of your other question here:community.dynamics.com/.../when-we-provisioned-users-for-ess-in-prod-from-azure-aad-all-the-prod-users-are-available-in-one-of-the-test-instance
Please don't cross post your questions.
I got this answer on the same forum.
Can you check if someone did a database refresh from the production environment? Or probably someone imported the users also in your sandbox? For sure, there should be some human interaction to get the users in your sandbox.
Ping me on Microsoft Teams if you need any help.
Regards.
Justin
