We need to add a dimension to all orders that come from the Shopify connector (they should all be tagged with E-SHOP). Is it possible to do it with configuration templates?

I don't think that is possible automatically. but there is a setting as below which user could use to distinguish shopify orders. Or user can set up a default dimension on sales order to manually set it the correct source after orders are synced.
