Hi Experts,
Is there any way using JavaScript or something else but supported way (both unified or classic) to open Modal Popup through button in ribbon workbench?

I'm afraid you will have to use unsupported approach because there are no supported way at the moment. So you can choose:
1. bguidinger.com/.../custom-dialog-boxes-part-1 and bguidinger.com/.../custom-dialog-boxes-part-2
2. github.com/.../alertjs
But both approaches are not supported at the moment.
Here is the update - there is a supported way now to open modal dialog windows - debajmecrm.com/.../

I already gone through this and also create everything using this new Popup window before posting this thread. But it have limitation like it works only in unified mode . When I run this on classic it won't work . Already mentioned in docs. That why I put this thread if some workaround for that. but At the end I used condition if it is in unified mode I used that navigateTo function but when it is in classic mode it open normal window popup .
