Hello, I need to buy a low-cost, high-efficiency printer that is versatile with Microsoft RMS. What recommendations do you have?

Microsoft RMS supports zebra label printers.  It also can supports printing labels on Avery Label sheets.

Other printers can be used, you would just need to create the correct template and setup the printer driver in windows.  I have seen dymo pritners used as a very low cost printer.  I have also installed Zebra Industrial printers like ZT200 and ZT400 series, very high output but very pricey for a single store.

The DYMO LabelWriter 450 Turbo is what I went with. I installed the software and setup the printer. Afterwards, I created a label via Label Designer in Store Operations Manager. I then went to the Label Wizard. I had to select the DYMO specific label number I was using from Printer Properties, and then I printed the labels. After a few tweaks with my label design, the labels print exactly how I want.
