I have a customer that was using Vital aka Preffered Acquier option in RMS 2.0 for their processing. They wanted to change to Paymentech as it would save them money in fees.
Microsoft directly states that Paymentech no problem on their ads, but yet I can't find how to configure in the Adminstrator options.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Unfortunately Microsoft has never seen fit to update their documentation. The only way to process through Chase is through a Plug-in to RMS. PC Charge has always been the defacto standard, but the integration between RMS and PC Charge is no longer PCI Complaint and I would not hold my breath waiting on it to be certified again.
I would recommend searching for a company called TGate which now makes a plug-in that allow multiple processors, including Chase. They have been working well for our clients so far. Sorry not to have better news for you.
