Could anyone please clarify is Extended Support for AX 2009 is still available to purchase? If so, what is its cost please? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I am not sure about the version that you are using.
Following are the details:

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009	2008-08-14	Not Applicable	Not Applicable	2011-01-11	See the latest Service Pack listing for this product for the end of support dates. Mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 is extended as shown in order to provide all customers with the standard lifecycle transition timeline. Please see additional details here.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1	2008-11-03	2018-04-10	2021-10-12		Support ends 24 months after the next service pack releases or at the end of the product's support lifecycle, whichever comes first. For more information, please see the service pack policy here.

I dont think AX 2009 is still in support. However AX 2009 SP1 is until 2021 Oct 12
