How to send emails to accounts without related contacts

Hello Community,

My client would like to send out emails to accounts. The accounts do not have a related contact but just an email address. They do this so multiple people from the account can access the emails from a shared email (the email on the account)

How would it be possible to send emails to accounts without creating contacts?

Using real time marketing.

Hi,

It is not possible to use /Send Now/ and send emails to accounts in a journey based on segments as neither outbound nor real-time segments can be targeted to accounts.
After testing, you can click on the maillot link in the Email field, and it will automatically bring up the Mail app to send the email.

Alternatively, it is possible to send an email to each account in turn by filling in the email address using the /Test Send/ function in Email in Draft status.
