We tried to create a new vendor account in D365 and when clicking the 'Save' button, the screen directs us to the 1st record of the vendor master.
Also, the system does not allow updating the address information of the newly created vendor account and it again directs the screen to the 1st record of the vendor master.
Does anyone of you have faced this kind of issue?
Not sure if it is a Microsoft bug, but I was not able to find any details regarding this kind of issue.
