We tried to create a new vendor account in D365 and when clicking the 'Save' button, the screen directs us to the 1st record of the vendor master.
Also, the system does not allow updating the address information of the newly created vendor account and it again directs the screen to the 1st record of the vendor master.
Does anyone of you have faced this kind of issue?
Not sure if it is a Microsoft bug, but I was not able to find any details regarding this kind of issue.

I would suggest to replicate in Dev environment, comment all the customizations related to vendor master (table and form) and test.

So your understanding is 100% correct.
Just to confirm your issue, when you create a new vendor, add vendor details and click on Save button, system saves the vendor, close the detail form automatically and take you to the first vendor in vendor master.
And when you open that vendor again and try to click Add button in Vendor address, same behavior is repeated. Is my understanding of issue is correct?

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried this again after resetting the usage data but the issue is there as it is. However, I cannot delete the form personalization as there are many.
And also, this issue is common for all users.
Hi, Is this behavior for one user or all. It's not standard behavior, so please confirm is there is customization on this form.
Can you please reset your usage data and remove all the form personalization and try ?
