Hello:
I have a quick question regarding the Mass BOM update in GP 10.0. Tools>Utilities>Manufacturing>Mass BOM Update.
Can other users be logged in while processing an update?

Thank you Redbeard. You answered my question. The BOM change I need to make effects 80% of the items so I will play it safe and ask the users to log out of GP when I make the change. I don't want anyone to have any BOM's open during the update.

As long as a user has permission to this window, they can run BOM Mass Updates pretty much any time. Mass Updates can be Previewed and Processed from this window. Updates will not Process if other users have an effected BOM open.
