Help! How to not close a change screen by scanning an item.

By scanning an item automatically close the change screen to a new transaction. Sometimes the first item missed scam in the following transaction. please give me instruction on how to change this function by manually close the change screen. thank you!

    The option to (or not to) automatically close the change screen can be found in RMS Manager under “file”, “configuration”, “options”, and then expanding the “pos options” folder.

    Note that the POS stations may need to be Z-ed out and restarted for any changes to take effect.

    The best solution would be to reprogram your barcode scanners. If you program them to end with a TAB instead of ENTER when scanning a barcode, the change screen won't be closed. This is the only real way to prevent the cashier from scanning something and closing the window, since the default setup is usually to send enter after each barcode is scanned.
