ReportWe have been working to set up the marketing real-time consent center and are running into a couple of issues.
1. When adding the preference center link to the submit button, no URL link is created. No matter what we try we are not getting URLs for any of the preference centers we have set up. Is there something I need to turn on?
2. Forms - setting up a form and adding the appropriate purpose-related options is okay, however, when you do a test send, nothing happens when you try to submit by pressing the submit button on the form.
I have gone through the Microsoft Guide and training, and have watched most of the videos from MS MVP's. It seems we are doing everything correctly but when it comes to a link for a preference center I don't see anything that triggers it unless there is a setting I am missing.
Any insight or help would be appreciated.
