Hello everyone,
 
Below is the custom page, vendor relation filter is disabled.
 
could you please suggest the possible reasons for below issue.

    Have you set any allow edit property for the DataSource?

    Hi, Its because range status is Hidden in standard code for this field.

    You said this is custom page. If it's a standard form, then as Mohit mentioned its due to the range status Hidden set on the init method of Datasource.
