Here are some answers to your questions:
- Does our SoftwareService account need a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium (we are hoping to utilize Service Order Management and Manufacturing capabilities) license for the connection?
You may be able to use a Teams License I have been able to access the data, but you may need a full license.
- What type of Power Bi license do I need for the SoftwareService account (since we are creating and sharing reports with this account)
You will need at least a pro license to share reports on the service depending on the data size of the models.
- Once we create reports in Power Bi, can users with NO license to Business Central view/use those Power BI reports?
They can view the reports they just cannot refresh the data only the user that is scheduled to refresh the report needs access to the data..
