I want to hide Word Template and Excel Template buttons from all the entities on the basis of create privilege of document template entity using the application ribbonThanks in advance.

This should be possible through editing the ribbon on your required entities. The best tool for doing this is Scott Durow's Ribbon Workbench, which can be downloaded from here:
