I am transferring products from one warehouse to another, upon receipt using the Receving License Plate option. All the product is received in the minimum inventory unit, and then it generates a work to store the product in several locations

How can I do so that each item in the work is grouped in the unit

Example

100 Package = 1 pallet

I receive 500 packages at the receiving dock (all come under the same license plate),

I need the 500 packages to be stored in the location in the conversion of pallets, that is, the work must move from the loading dock 5 pallets each to a different location and with its own license plate. I do not want you to move the 500 packages to a single location.

I using Mobile device to do it

Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU9

HI Kattia,

As per your above scenario I have understood that while you have shipped 500 pcs in one license plate LP-01 to receiving warehouse.

Now at the receiving warehouse you want that this LP-01 which has all 500 pcs should be moved to 5 different locations and AX should assign new LP for each pair of 100 pcs and should forget the original license plate LP-01 send from shipping warehouse

LP Locations Qty

LP-11 LOC-01 100

LP-12 LOC-02 100

LP-14 LOC-05 100

LP-21 LOC-07 100

LP-24 LOC-11 100

As far as I know this cannot be achieved while receiving the parent license plate LP-01.

What best I can suggest you which I have done in past is that you receive the parent LP-01 shipped from shipping warehouse to one location and from here you can open the package and use mobile device menu item movement by template to move 100 pcs together to a new location suggested by AX and with a new target license plate.

I have used this many times where companies want to receive parent license plate in full first and then move its items one by one to desired locations.
