Extracting the Month from the Due Date in Message IDs for E-Mailing Word Templates

Hello:

The Message IDs used for e-mailing Word Templates provide the Due Date field.

But, how can I extract the month from the Document Date of the sales invoice and use the month as a variable for the wording in the message?

Thank you!

John

    Hi John,

You can pull the Due Date field out into the body of the email message that you are sending, but I am not aware of a way to separate out just the month and display that in the body. I will leave the post up for the community to respond with any ideas or tricks that they have used.
