We have problem deleting the batches because some orders have items that have been partially transferred to an invoice. Therefore, we cannot delete those batches.
We try to delete the items that have partial fultilment from the order. It has no use. The document is still pending in that batch. We also try to put the cancleded quantity for those items. No use either. No matter what we do, when we try to delete those pending orders, an error message pops up saying " You can't delete an document that has line items containing quantities that have been previously transferred."
Please help.
