- When clicking to access your org via https://portal.office.com the link directs you to https://home.dynamics.com/ instead of to your CRM instance.
- Intermittently https://home.dynamics.com/ will not provide you access to your org whatsoever. To resolve this you need to enter https://orgname.crm.dynamics.com. This is documented elsewhere in the forums. (MyApps is also empty)
- Even after manually entering your org or if "Home" wants to cooperate, occasionally your org URL loads with a bad parameter called appid. This is also just an intermittent problem. When the appid parameter exists in the URL your menu options are severely limited even if you are a full dynamics admin:

Are there any permanent solutions to these issues, a ticket, RCA, or expected fix that anyone is aware of? (As an aside, our team develops applications for Dynamics 365 we have also seen frequent backend SQL timeout errors and postback issues.)
