Hi

can we change 'Purchase Order No' after it is created?

Suppose we created a Purchase order 'ABC' and now we want to change the 'Purchase order No' to 'XYZ'. is it possible in business central?

Thanks

Yes, make sure the No. field is showing (likely have to Personalize it onto your view), select the field and change the value.  The system will ask you to confirm the renumber and some renumber processes can take a bit of time.  If this is a new PO, it should be fairly quick.

Yes you can as suggested, but Its attached with a No. series, you need to check if the Manual check mark is done on that No. series. so that you can change that.
