I want to double check that if we enable this option
does it mean all the auditing log will be removed and move to compliance center so that it no longer occupy the log size going forward ?

Audit logs are NOT removed from Dynamics. What this means is that they will be available for query on Microsoft Purview/Compliance center.

Thank you so much for the confirmation. It said "Send logs to compliance" does it mean there will be two sets of auditing logs, one in CRM, one in compliance? I am asking this as I have concern for CRM log size, I wonder if this could be a workaround that I enable this option and also enable retention on CRM side and it equals that I have a backup and also free up the crm log file

No. Logs are not "Carried" or removed from dynamics and put in another location. What's happening on the backend is that Purview will be able to access Dynamics Logs, so you can build more complex reports. Log records will sill consume storage from the Log Capacity in PowerPlatform.
