Incorrect data in Net Requirements AX2009

Hi,

I have discovered an issue with our MRP planning. 100's of components are not showing the correct demand in net requirements.

For example a component is showing in 30 top level parts. 20 of them have a forecast against it, but in Net Requirements only 5 forecasts are showing.

There is no other demand visible and therefor the planned orders are incorrect.

This is for 100's of different components that are showing on GA level and some in Sub BOMs within GA. Not all suffix are showing in the net requirements.

I am really confused!

Can any one help out with this issue?
