Dynamics 365 + Sales Navigator Sync problem

Dear Community. I am facing a problem with the CRM+SalesNavigator (LinkedIn) integration. I have installed and configured the widget (or solution) with no problem, but... when trying to configure CRM+SalesNav Sync, in the Admin Sales Navigator page, I only get an option to connect to .... Salesforce.....

Has anyone faced and solved this scenario?

Thanks a lot, Hugo.

Pd: I just watched all the training materials on this and it is supposed that the system gives you the option to choose between Salesforce or Dynamics 365 for the Sync process.

Hello Hugo, I've heard that this is a bug and a known issue at the moment. Microsoft is working on a solution to fix this issue. I'll get back to you if I find any dates communicated.

    Hello,

    We had the same problem.

The LinkedIn Support team told me this morning that it's now OK and you can now configure right now the SYNC feature between Dynamics365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

In my case, LinkedIn Navigator's CRM settings shows a recent "Successful Sync" message.  But when viewing Dynamics, no leads or accounts from Navigator appear.

Perhaps the two-way sync only refers to Navigator data for entities first entered into Dynamics.  I had assumed saving new Leads and Accounts in Navigator would create Leads and Accounts in Dynamics.

    Hi Christopher,

Same problem here and same assumption that you.

Do you find an issue to your sync issue ?

    Many thanks,

    Pierre
