Will There Be a Cost for FantasySalesTeam Once it Goes Out of Preview?

Before I start this, I would like to understand if there is a cost to using this system or if there will be a cost to using it once it comes out of preview. Can you provide me with this information?

Hi there.  Pricing/packaging of FST for post-Preview has not been decided or announced.  What I can share is that the Preview is likely to last through mid-to-late 2016.  So you have plenty of time to leverage FST regardless. Games can be created for a month, a quarter or any length of time that you set in Game Setup.

Without some idea of the potential future cost, I am not willing to establish this in our environment. Thank you for responding. Once you define the cost impact, I will re-assess using the product.

I have the same problem.  I can't install this into our environment without knowing what costs will be associated with this solution.

Same here...if its anywhere near the $25/user/month listed on www.fantasysalesteam.com/pricing its a nonstarter for me as well.

Once the cost is decided, will Microsoft notify us prior to being charged?  That way we can remove users if we decide to discontinue use.

Of course.  There will come a time where FantasySalesTeam is moved out of Public Preview and released as an official product.  At that time, anyone leveraging the Preview will be given ample notice of the transition.  And you will have to take a proactive step to enable FST moving forward, regardless of decisions on potential cost. You should not worry about the Preview leading to charges or anything along those lines.  Microsoft has very deliberately made it available at no cost to encourage customers to use FST.  The reason ... it's been enthusiastically proven that those which do, see almost immediate increases in adoption and performance.  No matter what the price point is set at, or if it's continued to be made available as part of CRM, there is plenty of time to leverage the Preview and get real, measurable value out of FST.
