I want to ask you about power automate requests licencing in power platform. imagine we have a setup with two dataverse environments within one tenant. In environment 1 many users have dynamics enterprise licenses. In environment 2 most users have power apps premium licenses, however a couple of the users from environment 1 are also allowed to access environment 2.
now we need to think about how an automated power automate clowd flow only touching dataverse custom entities can be licensed in environment 2.
we want to have the possibility to use tenant pooling of power platform request limits.
is a possible solution to assign service principals as flow owners? do we then need to buy process licenses or is it enough to have some users with dynamics licenses from environment 1 also accessing environment 2? what else do we need to consider license wise when in environment 2 only model driven power apps are used but no dynamics 365 model driven apps?
would it make a difference if we also install the data model from dynamics sales in environment 2?
