Hi All,

I'm facing the same issue while accessing 2013 R2 RTC. Error is "The license information on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Database Server is invalid." I uploaded the license and restarted the services also but issue is same. Can you suggest something?

Thanks Ratnesh

    hi,

    Click on Tools --> License information in the Dev. environment

    Click on Upload

    Choose the file --> OK

    then read the license info in the license info dialog. if it is really a valid und current license got further. otherwise goto voice on partnersource and create a new license.

    Restart the dev. env. and the all NAV services.

    Open your license file using a notepad and you will able to see the license valid period.

    If it is valid then refer below link and upload the file :  tharangac-dynamicsnav.blogspot.com/.../how-to-upload-license-file-into_18.html

    After you complete the steps check the license details by opening the license file in the development environment.

     If your license is still not working go to  businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com  and download your license file.

    Thanks Jonathan & Tharanga.

    It was license issue. I changed the license and restarted the services then it works.

    Thanks for support :)

    Hi Ratnesh,

    Please reupload your demo licence from the dump and then change your licence (do not upload) and then try.

    It resolved for me.
