We have a vendor helping us integrate Eloqua with our CRM Online instance. They are able to log in to CRM Online using the credentials we gave them, but are unable to make a connection to the API. They are asking me to verify that the Eloqua IP address has not been blacklisted by Microsoft. I'm not aware of Microsoft blocking API asscess based on IP addresses. Is anyone aware of any whitelist/blacklist policy that we need to take into account when integrating our CRM Online instance with 3rd parties?
