Hi, first check your settings in System Administration - Business Intelligence - Reporting services.

Check Reporting services settings. Better if it runs under the same account as your AOS.

Add your user to reports site.

    Hi Mujeeb,

This is actually not AX specific.  It is with permissions on the SSRS site.  The user may need to be granted access to get to the SSRS reports or it could be an issue with a setting.

    To fix this :

Navigate to the Report Manager url, go to the Folder Settings and click on 'New Role Assignment'. Add the appropriate user or group. Make sure they have access to 'Browser. Content Manager, and DynamicsAXBrowser'.

    This should resolve your error.

    Dear Mujeeb,

Error is due to SSRS permission to the user. If the report is customized, go to Static Folder and give the permission to the user.

    Hope answer your question

Try giving access to DynamicsAX reports folder.. if it doesnt work your report might be a static report.

Check user language setting in AX.

    Go to report server

Home > DynamicsAX > StaticReports > "user language folder" -> security setting
Give everyone browsing rights to language folder.
    Voila!!

    Hi.

This problem 'The permissions granted to user 'DOMAIN\USER' are insufficient for performing this operation' has been happened in our company and all the setup in security administrator and  SSRS was Right.

Actually this problem has been shown after many time using dynamics AX, for two of our employs.

So we found a solution  by Reset Usage Data for the two employs, it actually helped and make user account more friendly.

To reset a usage date for a user follow this steps:

    ' System administration> Common> Users

' then select a user you want to do reset for usage date.

' then go options and you will find usage date on Tab line.

' go in and press reset To delete all user-specific selections it doesn't effect on the way the system works.

Resetting usage date it help system user to remove and correct Errors  system.

    Regards.

Cross Check , if the user is added in the appropriate OU in Active Directory.

We had the same issue and solved by adding the user in the OU related to Dynamics.

    Thanks
