Dear All,

Greetings of the day!

At the time of prepayment process of the PO, I am facing an error at the time of Invoicing

1. Created a PO

2. Clicked on Prepayment and entered an amount

3. Done the Prepayment invoice

4. Created a Vendor payment journal and settled the prepayment amount

5. Done the normal invoicing of the PO , Clicked on the Apply prepayment on the Vendor Invoice form-

When I am selecting the lines it is giving me an error

Kindly please help me in this

Can you please send me the screen shot of the pending invoice and check if there is more than one pending invoice.

Yes you are right,

I should see the lines of the Invoice form.

But I don't know why?

It is ok.

But when you are going to close the PO with an invoice and apply prepayment, you have to be able to see the lines.

There isn't any issue with the prepayment process but you face issue with the invoicing.

So according to your setup, if you do not need to create a product receipt, it is fine but you have to see the lines.

Hi,

I have not done the Product Receipt of the Po,

After confirming the Purchase order. I have done the prepayment invoicing directly.

In this case, the type you select may have issues. Can you please check if you select the type correct. For example if product receipt is created, you need to select the type as product receipt.

Other case may be , there can be a pending invoice which is pending already with the selection of the lines.

Can you check if there is any other pending invoice?

That is the problem then.

On the invoicing for you have to see the lines for invoicing.

Can you please check if the order is confirmed?

Hi,

On the invoicing form , Lines are not coming.

And when I am clicking on Apply Prepayment and selecting the lines of prepayment an error is coming which I have attached the screenshot above.
