Hi,

I am unable to view the Trial Balance or General Journal Excel download option. Please advise what can be done. Thanks

Are you using a custom security role or one of the standard ones? I'd say it's related to security permissions.

I can see it from my end. Try with sys admin role and see if you get the same issue
