Good Day, Can anyone please help with select statement to get item consumption . I also need to know which transactions to exclude from item consumption, surely GRN is excluded.

Can you explain your abbreviation GRN? I do think it might be a receipt note, but I'm not sure. What processes are you using that you consider as item consumption?
goods (medicines) are received in main store and then issued to sub stores in the hospital. The sub stores then consumes by means of sales to patients. I need to know how is consumed in sub stores and what stock they have not consumed as in month wise report.
Thanks for the explanation of the business process. That already makes it partly clear. Which AX features and how are you using for this process? Most important would be: Are all transactions also registered in the inventory transactions table? Is there some customization involved in your process as the entity 'patient' is not standard; possibly you are using customers or projects for it? Can you elaborate?
