Dynamics 365 Subscription is expiring in 3 days. Microsoft offering a new domain on renewal

Hi,

My Dynamics 365 subscription is expiring in 3 days, I have renewed my subscription already. But, Microsoft is offering a new domain to my organization on renewal, as we are a silver partner of Microsoft. 

So, 1.  What are the steps to register new domain?

2. Is the old data on my old dynamics domain will be deleted forever?

3. Do i need to configure Sandbox instance on new domain as Sandbox instance is now appearing below my production instance of dynamics 365 , Is it compulsory?

    the easiest way is to open a MS support ticket in your old instance
