Can someone advise what setting controls the time separator in the Dynamics Project Timesheet App:

Hi Ludvig,

This is Microsoft app, downloaded straight from Apple App Store. The parameter for Timesheet is activated and i logged using our URL and then user details, which prompt our internal OKTA verification.

I hope this helps.

Hi Ludvig,

I just wanted to know if the individual's mobile settings overrides the dynamics user preferences?

I hope thats a bit clear.

Hi Hetal,

I don't have an iphone and always use the apps on my Android phone where I don't see that mobile settings override things.

Let's please wait for other community members that use Apple devices whether they experienced something alike.

Hi Hetal,

Yes, Mobile settings for keyboard override it.

For Android its working as per default keyboard settings.

Thanks Jaydeep. I tested this and changed the region on my iPhone to be Belgium and it gave me the Comma as the separator. Any idea why the Comma Separator doesn't work? i.e the individual in inputting 1,5 but when hitting save it changes it to 15, so the app is not recognising the separator. Is this a known issue? Should i log a ticket?
