how to set up Labor class for a specific project in SL 2011

We have different labor classes for all our projects.  When we set up Labor classes in SL, how can we make sure that when employees enter time they only see Labor Classes specific to that project, not all Labor classes for all the project.

Hopefully someone has a solution to this ...
