Hi Experts,

When we post sales invoice for an item (which has negative physical inventory tick mark in model group), running average cost value is getting updating in adjustment column but not in financial cost.

Want to know the reason for  the same.

Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,

Can you share some screenprints of this issue and let us know if only a single item is affected by this or all of your items.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    HI Ludwig,

So far we came across for this one item. At the time of sales there was no quantity for this item.

    Hi MANISH37,

What inventory model group do you use for the item valuation?

If the quantity/price was not available at the time of sales can it be the case that the adjustment was recorded with an inventory close/recalculation?

Can you identify more details of the adjustment for example by checking the cost price explorer?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Yes, the reason for which I have understand is that, if its going to adjust the cost in financial cost column, then it will be difficult to find out how much amount it has been adjusted. In fact, to arrive at the actual cost, user take the data in excel and add the financial cost column information to adjustment amount column.
