I am a user of a CRM organization, and I am using the CRM Outlook client. When I try to Track/Set Regarding an Outlook appointment that is created by another CRM user, I get the error message that "You can’t track an appointment that was created by another user."
Is there a way I can track an appointment that was created by another CRM user in such a scenario? Is it even possible?
