Hello everyone,

One our user is getting a blank page when he tries to create a quick campaign. We checked his role and everything seems fine.

Please share any suggestions you might have.

    When you say blank page you mean an ie window with no errors at all? Have they seen this on any other crm entities / forms?

    I would start by clearing the ie cache / history. Also maybe try another browser like chrome. (I have seen this resolve strange issues like this!)

    Maybe you can rule out a role \ permissions  issue by giving the user system admin priv. (just as temp change.) This will make it clear if you have a permissions issue of something else.
