Editing Confirm Deletion Messaged in List/Views and Forms

Hello, 

Using Dynamics 365 v8 on prem. 

I have a requirement to change the message that pops up when a user deletes a certain type of entity record. I know in forms this can be handled with some JavaScript i think, but im looking to see if there might be another way to implement this for a delete from a LIST view.

I want try and alter that "Do you want to delete this Letter" text.

Additionally if this is possible outside of JavaScript in a form view that would help!
