AX 2012 Slow Performance

Hi,

We are experiencing slow performance is AX specific in Picking , checking Serial Numbers. our RAM usage is still slow, Full CIL,DB and DB Syncing is also performed, what would be the possible cause? Do we need to  higher the performance optimization?
