Is there a way to import a payroll batch from an excel worksheet?

If you want to import ledger entries from an Excel spreadsheet, the answer is yes. If you are trying to import into a payroll batch, the answer is no. You can use Excel Paste from Dynamics Innovations to import spreadsheet data directly into a ledger batch.

One option here is Integration Manager. If you can layout your spreadsheet like the sample payroll text file included with IM you could point IM directly at the spreadsheet. With IM, you must specify a named range in your spreadsheet. You could also use Scribe or anyone of the other import programs for GP.
You probably own the function of ADP Import. If you can configure your excel file to reflect what is required, then save to a CSV, you should be okay.
Just access the help file and search for ADP, there is fairly good documentation there.
