Microsoft Marketing Landing page Max Length (65536 characters)

When creating a, rather long, Microsoft marketing landing page, I received the following error:

"Page content exceeds maximum character length of 65536. Current length: XXXXX. You can extend the maximum length of your Marketing pages: go.microsoft.com/.../"

The error message brought me to this page, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/create-deploy-marketing-pages#design-your-content, which states:pastedimage1660311389314v1.png

It looks like, by default, the adx_copy is set to a max length of 65536, but that is something we can change? I saw a similar question posed in 2020, but that question didn't not include the 2nd sentence "You can extend the maximum length of your Marketing pages", which makes me think this is a new option.

Here, it looks like the value can be potentially be increased to 1,048,576 characters. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/known-issues

My question is, are there any known downsides or issues that can occur from increasing the Web Page (adx_copy) value?

Any insights would be appreciated!

Thanks!

    Hi Jaqueline,

The maximum length of Marketing Page used to be hardcoded to the length of 65536. We made an improvement in the latest release. Now we check for the limit for maximum character length if configured in Power Portals, so it is possible to increase it.

There are no known issues increasing the Web Page (adx_copy) value.

    Thank you.

Do you know where can we alter the adx_copy value? I have scour the Power Apps Portals and Power Pages and I couldnt find that setting. Please help!
