    Hi,
You can assign the following permissions to the corresponding role, of course, the specific permission assignment needs to be determined according to the actions that the user needs to complete:
    • "Customer credit limit" privilege: Assign this privilege to the user role to allow them to update the credit limit of customers.
    • "Financial dimensions" privilege: Assign this privilege to the user role to allow them access and update information related to financial dimensions.
    • "Accounts receivable parameters" privilege: Assign this privilege to the user role to allow them access and update accounts receivable parameters, including credit limit settings.
You can refer to this article that describes how to use automatic assignment of users to roles: dynamicspedia.com.
    Best regards.
    Kevin

    Hi.
I do not see the credit limit group section in my test environment.

Is this a feature you have enabled or perhaps some 3rd party or custom functionality?

I cannot find the privileges mentioned by Kevin, so I do not think you can use that reply.

In general you can probably open each of these forms and when on the form, use the security diagnostics option.
This will show you the roles, duties and privileges which grant access to the form.

Below I use the bank accounts on customers as an example.

    Hi ax.tech,

In addition to the reply from Nikolaj, I also think this might be part of a customization or partner add-on. Kevin did also share a link to my blog about automatic role assignment which is completely off-topic in this context.
In case the security diagnostics, mentioned by Nikolaj, will not give a result, then contact your partner. In that case the customization is not complete, it can miss required security objects.
