I have created a workflow for email
but when it's trigger on creation of new record
it gives me error like this.
This workflow job was canceled because the workflow that started it included an infinite loop. Correct the workflow logic and try again. For information about workflow logic, see Help.

As Pawel mentioned, this is due to the Parent workflow being triggered again.
Please head over to the 'General' tab of the workflow and share the 'Process Properties'

Please share workflow definition. I'm assuming that you are creating an email in this workflow, so the email is created -> workflow is triggered -> creates an email -> workflow is triggered etc. infinite loop. But please share the definition to make sure if I'm right. Maybe you also have som custom workflow activity that is the cause of the loop or you are calling child workflow (which is the same workflow).
