Historic Sales Prices

Posted on by 76
Hi

I am looking for somewhere that I can look up a list of sales prices used in the past for an item.

If I go and check the Item Ledger Entries (via Inventory on Item card) it will give me the total sales for the number of items sold on the orders.

We can see we sold 25 of an item for a total price of x.

We want to see what the x/25 was - for all my past orders.

And I have the funny feeling that the reply will be: customisation.

Thanks for all your help.

You can open: "Posted Sales Invoice Lines" page, and there You can filter out for specific Item. You will see the Unit Price column there, and also Line Discount % column. But the Final price is still only shown for the whole Quantity in column Amount or Amount Incl. VAT.

If You want to see the sales prices with the Discount amount together- easiest way would be to export to Excel this list or Item Ledger Entries and add a new column Amount / Qty.
