Is there any way to view/find where a particular field is being used?  (Forms, reports, views, etc.)

    Hello,

Go to the "customizations", select the entity, then fields, then that particular field.. Then use "Show dependencies" under "more actions".

    Check here below post -

You can  also export the solution with the entity and find the field name  in customization.xml.
