Edit in Excel

Hello,

When editing dimension values in Excel, the functionality does not work if you have added any default dimension to specific tables.

For example, you could make one of the dimensions mandatory on the customer table, with no actual dimension value.

But if you do this, when you export the dimensions values, it also exports the dimensions defaults set as per above, but obviously with no linked No, as the default is set at table level.

In that case you end up with blanks IDs (No and dimension values), and so no matter what you do, you cannot publish back, which completely defeats the purpose of editing in excel.

This is not the only instance where I have seen this issue. Microsoft does need to address this.

Thanks,

Julien
