Microsoft warehouse management application froze during cycle

Hi Experts,

We are experiencing an issue with our Advanced warehouse management application.

At first, we couldn't log in to the application, but now it freezes during the cycle.

The issue started after a code change.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Hi Navid,

    You may be able to try changing the code back, or see the link below, there is a related issue. Or you can re-enable the application as described in the link.

    you should try to clean up the user and WHS mobile log:

    Hi Navid, 

    Is it frozen for all users, or just one? If it's just one, you should be able to end the session of the user that is stuck from Work User Sessions.

    If it's frozen / freezing for all, I would suggest rolling back the code change (assuming it's custom code).

    The issue affected all of our users and was eventually resolved. Microsoft identified that the problem was caused by customization that was blocking the SQL queries."
