Hi,

I have several plugins that run on the ootb incident entity.
This error appears randomly:

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: System.Security.SecurityException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. If I immediately close the error window and try again everything works correctly.

Any idea why it fails from time to time?

Thanks!

    Hello,

    Try to debug your plugin with Plugin Registration Tool.

    Steps are -> dynamics365blocks.wordpress.com/.../how-to-debug-a-plugin-in-dynamics-365-online-using-plugin-profiler

    Maybe you plugin code uses some classes not allowed for the partial trust domain in which the sandbox code is running.

    Check this as a reference:

    Hi Kishor,

    Thanks for your reply. The problem is that it is hard to reproduce the error since it works well most of the time. Only sometimes we get the error.

    Regards,

    Henri

    Oh okay, Henri then I would suggest you to create error logs for the plugins so that you can easily trace the issue without debugging!
