Hello fellas,
 
I would like to know which message is to register when we have to run the plug-in on change of record's owner while we know it can be change from the field level as well as ribbon assign button

    To run a plug-in when a record’s owner changes , register it on the Assign message for the entity, not Update, because both field-level changes and ribbon Assign trigger Assign.
