Hi All,
I am using the OOB Auto numbering feature for CASE Entity. I have customized the prefix as per requirement. Everything seems to work fine.
The issue I am facing is Customized prefix for auto numbering is getting reverted back to CAS i.e. OOB default behavior.
The is happening automatically without any human Intervention. I am not sure as to why/how this is happening. kindly let me know if anyone else have faced the same issue or have any solution to this.

What version of CRM Online are you using? 8.2 or 9.0?
